Manuka 

• Manuka is a hard wood that burns hot and slow. Ideally suited to burn with a soft wood.
• You will need a soft wood to start a fire, then once the fire is going Manuka can burn for hours keeping your toes toastie in winter. The perfect wood to put on your fire when you go to bed.
• The perfect wood for pizza ovens, bbq cooking and smoking fish/meat.

• Gum is a hard wood that burns hot and slow (not as hot as Manuka/Kanuka). Ideally suited to burn with a soft wood.
• As with Manuka/Kanuka with keep you warm for a long period of time.

Pine is a soft wood, commonly used in most wood burners. Perfect for getting fires going and recommended to be mixed with other woods for a more efficient warm home.
